Atmosphere here is calm. I get a great workout and dont have to wait for machines. You can tell when an owner really cares about what they do. If your looking for a gym that actually appreciates your business and will work to keep it, than checkout this one.... more

Membership has hiked it's way up from $84 to $98 to $108 for an individual the past few years. The childcare cutoff age is 8 years old...so there still is a gap in the older kids/tween department.... more
My daughter started going to Epic 4 months ago and I am very glad that we came! It is our first experience with competitive cheerleading. The coaches and owners do a wonderful job working with the children and they make everyone feel like they are family.... more
A godsend for military personnel. We are lucky to have these facilities.. There is no pool! The photo if the pool hours is for another base, not this location. Other than that let down this gym is great! Nice basketball court and equipment.... more
It has been a great experience for both of my teenagers. It was a perfect fit for our summer to get them back in shape during sports off season. One of them is continuing into the fall as the results have been great!.... more
This gym is great but the cardio equipment needs updating. The stationary bikes rarely work and can be very frustrating to start a workout and have to change bikes/ treadmills or elipticals multiple times.... more
I taught at Atma Bodha Yoga Studio for several years. My loyalty was certainly NOT appreciated. Avery Jones and his mother psychologically and emotionally tormented me. He had his other teachers treat me in a similar manner.... more
You would get 5 stars if you opened daily at 630am & not just 2 days a week. The pool is hogged by 2 swim teams all afternoon & in the evening until closing. In the summer you only keep 3 lanes open & in the fall & spring you dont keep the pool & locker rooms at the correct temperature.... more

I visited this gym during a trip to Virginia Beach. I absolutely recommend it to anyone! Both the owner Lou and coach Reagan were spectacular. The warmups were specific and sufficient, demos of all exercises were provided every day, the workouts were fun and creative.... more
