I visited this gym during a trip to Virginia Beach. I absolutely recommend it to anyone! Both the owner Lou and coach Reagan were spectacular. The warmups were specific and sufficient, demos of all exercises were provided every day, the workouts were fun and creative. And what I loved most was the atmosphere, very welcoming and warm. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

The man bun sporting hipster culture. Kids so confused they don't know what hammers and tires are for. I would not recommend unless you are truly sick and depraved.

I started Cross fit 7 years ago and have been from San Diego to Norfolk and I can no longer say this is the best box I've been to.
The facilities are fine and the coaches know what they are doing but the owner fosters cliques and a toxic atmosphere if you aren't part of the "In" crowd.
