When I first stepped into The House of Muay Thai, I was immediately greeted with welcome and love. When joining the class the Instructor Jake was very detailed about drills and made it easy to understand the techniques.... more
The fitness specialist is very helpful. All of the staff our friendly..I like it. You go in and do your own thing without being judged. They have trainers if you need guidance, but no pressure.... more

Fun place my wife and Son go all the time. My wife really likes to work out area and my son loves to go in the play area they both love the swimming pool they go probably two or three times a week just for the pool and especially the slide my son really likes the slide go check it out.... more
I only visit here occasionally when I'm in town for business. Nice y only downside is the amount of free weights. If you're into crossfit or something this will be the place for you.... more
They have the BEST quick and nutritious smoothie bar! You can just get one made on the way out! All of the staff is trained to work there, so there's usually very little wait..Got a day pass by mail.... more
Military members apparently can't use 7 day passes to see if the YMCA fits their needs. Quite disappointing as I've been a YMCA member for a long time. Will not be one anymore..While this YMCA is small, it's also less crowded than most of the others in the area.... more
