I took Hannah Gerry's class this Thursday morning and she was truly amazing! The facility is beautiful- clean, and homey. Hannah ran a perfect class and tailored it to the students within. The environment here is just absolutely amazing and a real treat!
Great studio space! They have this really awesome wall yoga class as well as yin, philosophy, a mentor center for teachers, meditation- you name it! A true yoga place.
I recently took prenatal yoga classes at The Space Above with Kim Austin-Peterman. I definitely benefited from this class throughout my pregnancy and the Friday evening class was a great way to unwind after my work week. Kim is really awesome at tailoring the classes and poses to meet the changing needs of pregnant women. I have also attended a shoulder workshop with my husband which was very helpful and educational. We got to use their exclusive yoga wall. Kim, Lisa and everyone else at The Space Above are wonderful people and I highly recommend this studio for yoga and massage!
Walking into The Space Above Yoga Center, you are immediately welcomed, by the smells, the lights, the smiles ,the calm that vibrates all through the building. The teachers truly care about there students. The owners truly care about there teachers. The whole staff truly cares about the environment. I always feel welcome. The schedule is so diverse, lots of classes, all the time. Even kids Yoga! I am so glad I found The Space Above.. Oh yeah, and the name of the studio is cool. It is above another business, so it's The Space Above. lol.
