I took an excellent virtual class today with instructor Monica. My daughter and I love this class because of the clear instruction and flow of the session. CoreVelo has nailed it with this Zoom version of Monica's pilates class :)
CoreVelo is such an amazing studio. The classes provide a great workout as well as a fun time. The instructors are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio is very clean and has great equipment
If you are looking to teach Pilates, CoreVelo is the best place for Pilates teacher training and certification in Norfolk! Vicki and Mari are great mentors, and they only teach in small groups so you get lots of personal attention. Their comprehensive Pilates reformer and equipment program will prepare you for the PMA Pilates teacher certification.
We went to go check out the studio because we are interested in cycling. When we got there we couldn't find exactly where it was and called them. The girl that answered was helping us find it over the phone for about 2 minutes. All of a sudden she tells us if we could come back later because she's going on a lunch break. We drove there to check it out and possibly sign up and she blew us off. Terrible customer service. Who does that?
Came in from out of town while on a trip in Norfolk, and was looking for a spin studio. This is a great location and nice studio! Mari was an awesome instructor and very welcoming. When in town I will come back again!
