This is a great gym for grade school gymnastics. "Though she be but little she is fierce." There are some very talented gymnasts here, and the teachers will back flip with the best of them.... more

They pour their very best into your very best!. One of the best schools I have seen so far. Awesome environment and instructors. Very polite people and very tough training. No ceremonial activities like in some schools, just straight to the point.... more

Pour hours, sanitation, and selection. For a small gym it has what you will need. There could be more accommodations for those that need additional equipment.. I enjoy the Tuesday, Thursday and Friday exercise classes from 1130-1230.... more
Treadmills are either broke and/or TV on the treadmills are broke. I don't mean broke and going to be fixed. Stuff breaks and never gets fixed. Bathrooms are dirty. One of the worst maintained Anytime locations I've been too.... more

Motivating & friendly staff! First workout was awesome. New ownership at this location. Highly recommended!. I Love 9Round kickboxing, the routine is different each day, I really get a full body workout also you have a trainer with you at all times showing you the proper form while doing each round.... more

They give a huge military discount, and the quality of clothes is amazing!. The employees are quick to help you get in and out and the quality is worth the extra money. I love their compression leggings and the length of their jackets!... more

Staff extremely friendly and the studio is nice and clean. The room was barely warm and for a hot vinyasa session not intense at all. I barely sweated at all. Not what I was expecting based on their website and class description.... more

If you want specific equipment this gym has it all. This is one of the largest gyms I have worked out in and is by far the best gym in Chesapeake! Have not tried the classes, but they offer a wide variety of classes as well.... more
