I Love 9Round kickboxing, the routine is different each day, I really get a full body workout
also you have a trainer with you at all times showing you the proper form while doing each round...
The atmosphere is always pleasant..I strongly recommend 9Round for your workout
Fast intense workout. Good trainers. We have been coming to 9R for sincen2015 and I don't recall having the same workout. We use the My Zone / Pulse system to track our effort and calories. It helps us to know when we reach our daily goals. My wife and I are both "seniors" and encourage to give it a try whatever your age and condition the trainers will help you work through it . We always feel better after a workout.
My wife says: Fast, full body workout on my schedule. Trainers instruct you through each round and are happy to modify if needed. They treat you as an individual, which you don't find in a large class setting. We have been members since March 2015 and working out about 5 times a week and I don't recall a repeated workout.

Went in to try this gym in great bridge area, was a little skeptical at first. Im glad I did! Corry was a highly motivated trainer, he kick my butt! Thats the kind of gym I enjoy going to with highly motivated trainers. He was also the owner really cool guy! Will be back tomorrow for round 2.

Great workout and staff. I have been a member twice and always had a great experience. Looking forward to starting again and hitting it hard in January!
The workout is okay nothing really special. Having done martial arts and kickboxing previously I found the trainers to be lacking. After talking to Corry about suspending my account while I was deployment on the USS Eisenhower, he did not suspend my account and instead auto renewed my account and did not return any of my emails asking to cancel my subscription. I am again on deployment on the USS America and realized they were STILL CHARGING ME!!!!!!!!! They will not return any phone calls, emails or facebook messages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Then they can not seem to cancel your account and they send you off to a credit collection who calls you everyday even though you went through the correct way of cancelling. The owner even tells you he will take care of it, but he wont. Months latter you will still be getting calls from collections. Have spoke to owner 4 times, and each time he states he has taken care of it, but collection company tell you he has not.
