The food and service were good. The slices of filet I had were a little bit under done however.. Though golf course, nice place with friendly staff. Good value.... more

Big disappointment, no A/C or water-fountain.. Do not join this gym!! Worst customer service and mediocre training sessions! I cancelled my membership this past summer, and just found out they have continued to bill me every month since.... more
John is skilled and talented at Rolfing. He did more to reduce my chronic hip pain in one session than so many other types of treatments combined! Subsequent sessions are proving to promote the shift toward consistent pain-free movement and full body range of motion with ease.... more

I'm in this club maybe once or twice a year. They have working Concept2 rowing machines which was both rare and a surprising nicety . The exercise areas were clean, but the bathrooms needed work.... more
This is a clean, friendly, and well stocked gym, as well as the cheapest membership in the area! The trainers and the staff is attentive and always ready to help. The atmosphere here is very conducive, with a lot of machine or treadmills.... more

Joined on January 15th. More times than not, the showers have no hot water. When asking the lady at the front about it she said that's odd cuz she rarely has complaints. However I know thats a lie because I attend the aquafit class and others have stated how getting a hot shower is a hit and miss.... more
