The only beef I had against this PF location was the older equipment but just last month they updated to all BRAND NEW equipment that is ssssuper clean and nice. Doug keeps this place SPOTLESS, and just makes your day brighter with his smile and friendly banter.

Friendly service. Everyone is respectful and mind their own business. Overall good housekeeping and fresh environment. Love to workout at Planet Fitness!

It scares me to write this review because I really don't want this place to get crowded. I used to go to 24 hour fitness but it is just rundown and so dirty. Basically 24 hour fitness is living off a reputation it used to have many years ago. Planet fitness is always clean and I would say 95% of the members always wipe down the equipment when they are done. When I go into the restroom and I don't smell piss like 24 hour fitness, I feel relieved. If you are looking for a great place to just work out and not just to hang out, this is a perfect spot.

Mew equipment for the new year. As most gyms, overly crowded with people who want to lose weight (new yrs resolution). Good gym that meets basic necessities.

Great place, great price. I have a crazy schedule so the 24 hours aspect makes it perfect for me. I love the environment. The staff is always friendly. Definitely worth getting the black card.

I like this place, because it's so close to my home and it's one 24hrs.
I have been going for almost a year. I have the black card so I can use any location and take a friend.
I still tan there, although its winter!
Sadly tho, they almost lost me as a customer just because I didn't have my routing number to my bank account for automatic draft...I was frustrated and went home to find a bill then go back to finish signing up. I only had my Bank Debit Card on me, so 8f your going to do automatic draft,
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ROUTING NUMBER AVAILABLE.
on my bank phone app it's not on there.

Very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Everyone working there is mindful of your presence and you never feel ignored. I'm a black card member, and they're are 2 other family members that come here as well. I'm 58 years old, and have lost almost 40 lbs., working out almost everyday outside or at this gym, and never once have I felt embarrassed or treated like an old lady that doesn't belong there. It's always maintained clean and machines look to be kept in calibration. Honestly, the only thing I would prefer, is that it were in a better location.

Very low-pressure atmosphere and very good equipment. The locations are very easy to access in most any city.

Really liked it at this gym. Staff was helpful, polite, and customer oriented. Gym was clean!

Its my fav place to work out! Opened 24/7, I can go whenever I want. They also have a relaxing area with massage chairs & beds. And even tanning rooms!
Plenty of workout machines, huge space so it never get really busy.
I love it!!!

Their motto is supposedly no bullying or judgment, yet their signage says "no lunkheads,' which, when you think about it, is being a bit bullyish and judgmental.. The whole time I was a member, the water fountain never worked. Employees are a bit rude at times. When I went to cancel my membership early, due to an injury, I was told I wasn't allowed to. I had already done my homework and knew there was a buyout fee, which I was prepared to pay. I brought my proof that I could cancel (their cancellation terms readily available on their website.) I had to explain their own cancellation terms to the desk clerk. Beyond that, machines are clean. Members are pretty good about that. Will never understand why they have pizza day. Guess they want to keep you out of shape so you'll keep going. Massage chairs are a okay, but they are a little rough on the boney parts to the point where they hurt. Usually only 1 of the 2 Hydro beds were usually working so it was often hard to get a visit to one. :-(

The employees are a great group of people. This location compared to the new one's make you see your not getting your money worth. Out dated equipment, not enough space for the group of people that go to this location plus very filthy environment.

These guys are fat and actually judge you when they think that your headphones are playing music they're actually talking about you it is so rude and like I said these guys have no room to judge will be going to the Camp Bowie location I definitely heard it's better

The staff are very helpful and it is a really nice gym. Since my accident I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat but no one is judging me and I feel comfortable in my workout.

Went to this gym the other day to join. Wanted to pay for a year up front and was told that I could not do that. They wanted my credit card information which I do not like to do. Then someone else came over and told me that the only way I could pay cash was to pay for a year and a half up front. Something tells me that they are not trustworthy. If you pay with auto draft you may want to watch very closely.

They trap you into a contract and its not $10 a month is $10 plus fees and yearly fee's etc and hidden clauses in their contract

Have been going to the gym for over 4 years, in the beginning there was some very unkind staff, but seems they have moved on.. I truly want to comment on Bianca (their trainer) is amazing!!! S he is inspirational for me as well as I know many others. The place is clean and cheerful. I have gone at different times and never have been disappointed. I feel a good team has developed within this gym, they seem to support each other and are happy. And this makes a great place to work out.

Love this Planet Fitness location! I go there 5 days a week before work. It's never too crowded, and the staff, as well as the people who visit are always cordial. They have great acoustics as well. I have been to some Planet Fitness locations where the noise level is very high due to bad acoustics. This is not the case here. Highly recommended.

Advertise friendly service but I've only ever met one friendly employee. Hours are great and lots of equipment so even during peak times you can still get some exercise in even if it is not your part of your typical routine.
