I come to this gym four to five times a week. It seems like there is always something wrong. The AC in the studio has been broken since the beginning of Summer. Right now, there is no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. It's flu season! Lastly, there has been a dead bird on the sidewalk in front of the entrance for 5 days.

Best place to workout in Benbrook!
The staff treat you just like family I was a member here and LOVED IT and when a job opening became available of course I jumped on it right away... now I am so happy and proud to be a part of this family fitness team!!

These people are crooks. Do not even think about joining their gym. They are dishonest and unethical who try to hold you to a nonexistent contract. Pick any gym but them.

Perfect facility for all types of weight lifters, fitness enthusiast and healthy lifestyle advocates. I enjoy every work out especially since the gym is clean, organized and never to busy!

Overall I like this gym.
Cons: It needs work as far as keeping good management. The management seems to come and go pretty regularly. Equipment takes some time before it is fixed but it does get fixed. Cardio clocks haven't worked in awhile even after multiple requests to fix them. not a lot of open space for jump rope unless the yoga/spin room is available. could use some bigger kettle bells.
Pros: You can go anytime you like and to any other location in the country. I travel a lot and they are everywhere. This location supplies towels and for the larger percentage of time there are clean ones available. Not very busy most of the time, its easy to get a good work out when its not over crowded tike the YMCA. Showers are available with towels supplied. Computer guided classes like yoga, spinning, and other aerobics. Overall a very good selection of equipment to work out with.

They have a new manager and she is doing a great job. The cleanliness of the gym has greatly improved.
Final Thought: I will keep going here as its convenient and gets me the results I desire.

This gym is great. The new manager is awesome, she has worked hard to get this place back to where it needs to be. It's clean and smells nice. Wouldn't go elsewhere

Totally love working out at Anytime Fitness, Benbrook location!! Very nice, clean, nice to work out here, very cozy atmosphere and the manager/ trainer, Trinity Jimenez strives to help you reach your goal.

This is a very nice place to work out. It's always clean and the machines are ready to go. The manager, Trinity, is very knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help. She is great at motivating people and always has a great attitude. I highly recommend this gym!!

Great gym I loved it the manager she was really nice the equipment was really nice it was so clean and the prices are affordable and being for 24 hours is great for my busy life i recommend going to this gym

Absolutely the worst gym experience you'll ever get.
Have been through 3 managers since I transferred locations (4 months)... only transferred bc I moved to the area.
was told we could add my girlfiend to my account. Gym ends up charging her $150 plus and her key never worked. Managers too incompetent to figure out how to fix it and owner too stupid to care and make things right before she ruins a loyal anytime fitness account for life. Thank god my two year contract ends in a month. Going to the YMCA, only $50 for two members no contract and you get way better amenities. Bring your Benbrook utility bill for a discount.

In town for Thanksgiving holiday and had to fight 20 minutes of construction traffic to arrive at an unstaffed "for the holiday" facility. A handwritten sign on the door states that key sensor isn't working and to go around back. After mucking our way around an entire shopping center, we find another locked door. Maybe before leaving for the holiday, repairs should have been in order and the facility left in proper working order? Just a suggestion from a paying member.

Checked out on this location a few weeks ago since it's right down the road from me. When I talked to the dudebro at the counter he seemed like he was either stoned or just didn't care someone was there thinking about joining. From what little I saw it looked very trashy. Considering the amount he offhandedly said, I can't help feeling at least planet fitness is somewhat presentable.
