The energy in this store is amazing. The selection is wide and beautiful. The staff is helpful enough. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products, he might benefit from some customer service training. It is obvious he has a lot of training in locating gems! This is a great place to go if you know you need stones. Just manage your expectations of the staff for help on what the stones are for. I have visited several times and my experience was the same.
I do recommend going to see what catches your eye. Happy gem hunting!

It was good to find a large crystal store where I live! apparently they been in hurst a while. I didn't know. Lots of crystal selection, and they give cards with information, fun shopping experience, will be back.

The prices might be high, but any quality crystal isn't cheap. They have some hard to come by crystals on hand, as well. And if they don't have what you need, they call around to other shops until they can locate it for you elsewhere.

The selection of minerals & stones is good not great but, over priced. Maybe it was just an off day? The staff seemed detached at best at worst rude! I've been in rock shops from NEW MEXICO to Washington DC I understand quality.

I mean this will no ill intentions, but this place is ridiculous. The prices are terribly high for the miniscule size of the crystals available. I do not buy into the "quality means higher price" garbage. I've had the pleasure of going to many metaphysical shops and first hand providers and this is by far the most displeasing when it comes to price. 4 dollars for a crystal that I can get from a rockhound for 25 cents? Pass. The only positive thing is their variety, and a decent price for candles. Save your time and valuable energy and go elsewhere.

It was however submitted to provide information given the experience I had at your store. Owners should take pride in their service, but that does not mean they are above criticism. And as you can see, I did not say your quality left anything to be desired, I only mentioned your price. You are right, you have a wide variety and the quality. But saying no one can go to another store and find just as much with the same quality at a decent price is laughable.

Today I came back to find one of my favorite crystals here, I had a hard time finding things like bumble bee jasper and moldavite other places. I had some help and found other great stones too in the surprisingly large selection!! would recommend for the knowledge and display of many crystals

This store is amazing. They have a crystal for just about everything and a huge selection of tarot and oracle cards. They also carry giant white sage sticks which I love!
I love this store! The atmosphere is great- very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The employees are great at answering questions!
It was more like a store than an experience. I guess I'm used to very engaging aing and enlightened staff at other locations I've been to in the recent past. It wasn't as though the staff was means or dismissive they just weren't very engaging for the most part. This appeared to be due to the actual lack of staff in the store. Onlt one young lady on the regist who was fairly nice and another woman working on a plant. The had a number of nice piece but most were vastly overpriced. Also smaller natural piece seemed to cost either 4.44, 3.33, or 5.80 i think regardless of size or quality. Felt more like being Walmart.
The good thing about this place is the nice aroma and laid back vibe. HOWEVER... They deal with the occult, and it does bother me that people are so into this stuff. Not just the pretty rocks, but card and palm reading, false angels, weird energy. People! The spirit world is for real and there are actual demons out to destroy all of us. And this woman believes she is OK doing all this and calls herself a Christian. I wish I could take stars away from here. Over all, NO. Stay away!

Only place I buy my crystals and rocks! BEST vibrational frequency in this place.. The owners are a wonderful source of help. Prices are right. The store has so much enegry you may need a grounding stone to hold while you are in there. I recommend this store to all my clients, family and friends alike.

My experience here was awesome. Visited with the Twintrees who set up their shop in the back of the story this weekend, and with the owner James and his wife Joan. Very nice people, very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place
Love, Love, Love this place!!!! Both James and Joan are amazing people! I enjoy going to Crystal Source!!! James is super knowledgeable about every stone and crystal in his shop! I always leave with a smile on my face and many amazing crystals! The place is full of positive vibes and I enjoy every minute of my shopping experience! So glad I found this shop last summer! Definitely a customer for life!

I came in to the store today and right off the bat I was in awe of all the different crystals and gems. There is literally not enough counter space to display all of these beautiful pieces. I came in with a list of gems I wanted, i named it he could find it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. All the gems and crystals came with a card and individually bagged for easy identification later. I know I'll be back for more. Don't think I could have asked for a better experience. If your looking for a great place this is it!

The owner and his wife are always warm and welcoming, answering any questions I may have. I've found the selection of crystals and minerals vast and varied, information cards accompany purchases, and the selection doesn't stop there. They carry oracle and tarot cards, jewelry, candles, and offer several different classes and workshops. In my opinion you can't beat this place for supporting local business!
