Best gym experience you'll ever have! It's never too crowded. The facility is always clean.. The fitness equipment is high-quality.

Better be careful! do not take things of value inside the planet fitness it will be stolen. People be breaking the locks in the locker rooms and stealing your stuff this happened to me twice and to other members as well and also try to not go at night there's alot of homeless people outside the gym trying to take your wallet I'll recommend to go somewhere else but here is not safe!

Planet Fitness, what? Can you say? My complaint with this location is it's not as clean as the other locations. There's dust bunnies underneath all of the weights. And behind the dumbbell rack. They do not put out the small candies. That are pivotal to restoring. Blood sugar levels that can drop when a person is working out. Harder than they think they are. . And the front desk attendants are not very friendly.

Love this gym because is open 24h so you can find the time to come even when you have a job that works in shifts. The gym is equiped with everything you need, has numerous free weights, and the atmosphere is competitive and that is also a plus, at the gym is great to have competition, that pushes you to work harder and to give it your best and sometimes more than that.

Incredibly clean facility with polite and helpful staff. I've been to several Planet Fitness locations, and this one is the best.

Clean, friendly, and all you need. I went to this location a few weeks ago thinking about joining but after adding up the costs I almost walked away. I'm only in the area on summer break from college and money is tight. Amir found a deal that was about to expire specifically for students on summer break. Now I get to workout and this PF gets another customer. Great job Amir.

Good place for getting that weight down the right way. Good instructors Very crowded on Weekends, nice juice bar, kinda pricey but ok. More than you expect for $10 per month.

I live in Dallas but stopped by this location due to traffic. I was there not even 20 minutes because the equipment is completely run down. I love the space, but equipment is in severe need of an upgrade.

Great basic gym. Not a fancy place, but you can't beat their price and it has everything I need. WiFi is awful though.

I've been a member of PF since 2013. I love the atmosphere there and the employees are always so nice. I've been out the gym almost 2 yrs due to having my leg amputated and I just recently started going back. I had an encounter with Derick as I was leaving the gym my first day back. He was very nice and seemed very concerned about my well being while I'm working out. I drive from Kennedale to the Ft. Worth location because, like I said, I love the atmosphere and the employees at that location. PF meets all of my workout needs. I'm a satisfied gym member.

I personally have not had any issue with Planet Fitness but today my wife went in to join and was treated very horribly, they acted like it was a bother to even have her come in. Didn't offer any information about the difference between the memberships until specifically asked, didn't offer her a tour as a new member, and the lackluster attitude of the front desk staff was appalling! I asked to speak to the General Manager about how she felt and he was so flippant and very defensive. He stated that he didn't see anything wrong with the way his staff was and wouldn't apologize for anything. I told hime that's not the way you do customer service and was told that he had been in customer service for a long time and he didn't have a problem. I am so annoyed, I have never had a problem with PF before, needs a new GM that actually understands what customer service means and how to actually teach his front desk staff to care about new people coming into the gym. Corporate Office needs to do something about this, go if you don't ever expect help from the front desk. Derek the trainer there is awesome and I am sorry that he has to pick up the slack from the rest of team with his amazing personality.

Really close to my home. Great staff and it's never crowded when I go. The shower room is awesome. Sometimes I prefer to shower there then at home.

Overnight staff is great...great place been going years..We work out in the middle of the early morning. The guy that is there most of the time is a great guy...keeps is clean..always answers questions..very helpful and is super nice..has a great attitude...been going here several years...a great Planet fitness..

I love going to Planet Fitness. It is a close easy to access workout in a stress free environment with low costs! My husband and I both signed up and enjoy our time there. There are tons of different machines and areas available so you can exercise the specific muscles you choose as well as tanning and massage options available. It is an extremely relaxing way to end your work out!!

I love going to Planet Fitness. It is a close easy to access workout in a stress free environment with low costs! My husband and I both signed up and enjoy our time there. There are tons of different machines and areas available so you can exercise the specific muscles you choose as well as tanning and massage options available. It is an extremely relaxing way to end your work out!!
