I absolutely love Core Power West Bend! Everyone is so nice and supportive, and all of the classes bring different challenges. I work out at a gym 3 days a week and have added Yoga Sculpt and C2 3-4 times a week to my weekly regimen and my body loves it! I've seen more results than I ever have and my strength and flexibility is off the charts.... more
There was no massage at all. Just oil and robbing... I told hard to go harder and nothing changed... Definitely a waste of money if you're looking to get your muscles worked on... This is not always the case but today it was.... more

I love Crossfit Fireproof! I have tried other places before and this is the only place I feel like the coaches know me and push me! I have made so much progress in 6 months. I went here to participate in the pottery art festival. There were very few vendors left but it was Sunday, the last day. I saw the gym area it looked very nice. There were people working out and such.... more
