I began pilates at the Pilates Center six years ago for severe back issues! I was taking pain medication regularly. Pilates has been amazing for me! My core has strengthened, no more back pain, and no more pain medication! I love that pilates is for everyone - any age, any size! I have worked with several instructors at the center and they are all well-trained, kind, professional, and friendly! I love my pilates!.... more
