You'll NEVER find another studio quite like Soul Space. This is a business built on love and community. I received my teacher training certification from S.S. and it's one of the best decisions I've made in my life. From the time I stepped on my mat in their studio I always felt at home. Each teacher is unique, knowledgable, and loving. Not to mention the owners are the best people you could meet! I would give you guys 10 stars if I could. PS. I have NEVER written a review for anything. Thats how much I believe in what Lauren and Shannon have going on up there!

Love Love Love this place and the incredible people who comprise this community. Regardless of your body type, self esteem, confidence level, budget - it doesn't matter. You will feel welcome here and soon realize that your body responds to being fed - and all that you've heard about how 'spiritual' it can be and the amazing insights you will gain? It is absolutely true! Like - goose bumps true. I've only been coming here for 7 months, I'm a middle aged overweight woman, and almost every single time I show up I am amazed. Instructors are warm, welcoming, accommodating, encouraging, helpful, understanding....they're just the BEST.

I love Soul Space Yoga. As a place to practice yoga, it caters to all levels and the instructors provide modifications and challenges to help you in your practice. But more than that, it is a place of self-love, friendliness, and community. In the four years I have been going to Soul Space, I have achieved many new yoga poses and goals, but more importantly, I feel like I found a place of positivity and purpose.

Incredible Studio! The Rock Your Soul class was outstanding and the Infrared Sauna was soo relaxing! I was travelling from out of town and next time I'm in the Fort Worth area I will definitely visit this studio again!
