The coaching, programming, and people are all fantastic. I have worked out here for two months now, and I have seen notable improvements in both strength and mobility (even having worked out at gyms of similar styles for the last 4 years). Chris, the coach, tailors all of the movements to each individual, and people of all abilities train safely at blue wave. He places significant emphasis on injury prevention and functional movement, and I believe that emphasis will keep his athletes safe both in the gym and in real life.
