Nice gym! Josh is always helpful. Coach Forrest is the best personal trainer! Knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and caring. He also does physio therapy, which has helped me to recover from my knee injury so much! I never felt knee pain after training with him.... more
The Village Fit is a club house and fitness center. It is clean and well lit.. An absolute commodity to have here as a resident. Not a far walk to get some extra calories burnt off, plenty of equipment, facilities are always kept clean, and the staff is happy to help in any way they can .... more
Very fun workout. The studio's well set up with the instructor in the middle and bikes on stadium levels around. The instructor was enthusiastic and encouraging. The power displays were nice, but the leaderboard was only up for a couple minutes during the class, which was disappointing.... more
I visit this studio when I am visiting from out of town. The staff and facility have a warm and comfortable energy. I especially like the Inversion and Acro classes which are uniquely welcoming and beneficial to the newcomer as well as the advanced practitioner.... more

Great place to go to workout. Also great trainers, have good classes. The food at the little eating place is very tasty.. This place is a paradise as far as fitness centers go. It's beautiful, clean, and has an impressive variety of things to do all inside a lovely visual backdrop with lots of windows.... more
Returning here has been the best option. It is convenient to my work and home. Plus it is one of the few, if not only, full featured health club. With lap pool, hot tub, steam and dry sauna, racquetball and basketball courts, CrossFit, classes, indoor running track, free and machine weights, plus plenty of cardio options.... more

I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me.... more
