I love this gym but I do not appreciate the manager TERESA putting her hands to my face waving at me to get my attention while I'm picking up weight. She didn't introduce who she was so instead I thought it was some old lady talking down to me for using chalk and left me confused for a moment.... more
I've been going here for years. They updated the place about a year ago and put in some new equipment that I really like. A lot less broken equipment then there used to be so that is really nice.... more

I love Lifetime Amenities, classes and the staff. However, my credit card information was stolen from their records and was used by someone else who I did not know to pay there membership for two months until I finally do the extra charges and had to cancel the card.... more
The Gym unfortunately gets 2.5 Stars because lots of "Towels are on the FLOOR in the Men's Locker Room on SATURDAY". Also the Whirlpool out of order. I do like this gym but Management please let keep it a cleaner please.... more
Do NOT get your INFO stolen and money drained when you sign up for their membership and try to stop later on. Because they will sell it and you WILL get your calls to get your money drained.... more

Extremely hard to access - need to get parking validated every time. The location is closing very soon and the nearest is the Kessler location.. When just starting to use the facility my husband and I most defiantly loved the view of the city and could deal with the strange parking situation.... more
Moved to a new job that offers a gym membership. I liked LA Fitness, but it was free with work so It didnt make financial sense to have 2 memberships. I went in trying to cancel and waited 20mins for someone to help me.... more
And you wonder why you're losing people to other gyms. Nobody likes to stand outside for 30+ minutes after your opening time because no one is there to open. It happens routinely. Whoever runs this place is a joke.... more
