I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me.... more
The atmosphere and music is very encouraging.. LISPY has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. This is my second teacher training and I am learning so much! I love coming into the YMCA for my morning workout because there are always smiling faces when I walk in and always a fresh batch of coffee brewing. The front desk staff is helpful and makes it worth waking up early to workout.... more
It's truly a great place.. I loved SunstoneFIT. I had a six month contract and always found the classes consistently challenging and great for everyone at every skill level. The instructors were helpful and encouraged growth.... more

My 2 year old daughter takes gym and swim classes here and we absolutely love it. She looks forward to it every single week and the teachers here are very knowledgeable about what they do! They make you feel like family.... more

This is a general review of the Sunstone studios and not specific to Las Colinas location. Yoga class is good but not so good with customer service. You're almost forced to sign up for membership after the initial try out class, otherwise you'll be charged a fee for joining.... more
