Knowledgeable and Amazing classes
Classical Pilates is my speed. This is a beautiful bright clean studio. I recommend instructors: Kris, Benjamin and Joann. The Victory Park location is good too.
Joanne does an amazing job at hiring trainers and managing the studio! Loved my session and I will be back!
Great workout focused on slow, Pilates-based movements to lengthen and strengthen. Small classes with great instructors. Get ready to be sore!

I just discovered this studio and I absolutely love it. The facilities are clean, new and fully equipped. You step into the studio and are immediately greeted with warm smiles. The studio rooms are just the right size to allow enough space but to also create an intimate feeling so you get personalized attention during class. The teacher was encouraging and challenged us, but also modified movements if we were struggling. After class, there were refreshments available as well as work out apparel to shop from.
I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely be going back!
I went to the vbarre class today here and was very happy with my experience. The instructor provided a challenging workout with positive instruction. I look forward to my next class there.
I went to Classic Pilates yesterday for their Barre class at 5:30...it was great! Their prices are reasonable, and the studio is really cute. I have been doing Pilates for several years, and tried numerous places around Dallas, but this way by far one of my favorites. They had these awesome lavendar wash cloths for after class. I would reccommend giving them a try, I found their class schedule is on their website.
