I love coming into the YMCA for my morning workout because there are always smiling faces when I walk in and always a fresh batch of coffee brewing. The front desk staff is helpful and makes it worth waking up early to workout.... more

Turner and his team of trainers are on point. I recommend checking it out; 3 classes for $3 will have you convinced.. After I reviewed this gym I received the attached response. Have you ever heard of a legitimate business owner contacting a customer that has had a poor experience to argue with and insult them? He wrote me on Yelp and called me a "hater" because I didn't give him a 5 star review.... more

Best Gym in downtown Dallas in terms of size and affordability. At the time of writing enrollment is $25 per month. The gym has the size and equipment of an LA fitness minus a playroom for kids and a swimming pool.... more
Classes are held in a nurturing and kind environment. Instruction is warm and tailored to all levels. I've never had anything but positive experiences there. Highly recommended!. I have taken a couple of classes here using their intro offer on MindBody and absolutely loved it.... more

This is a general review of the Sunstone studios and not specific to Las Colinas location. Yoga class is good but not so good with customer service. You're almost forced to sign up for membership after the initial try out class, otherwise you'll be charged a fee for joining.... more
Poor experience recently. I booked as a surprise for my fiance and specifically asked them not to send her any confirmations. They verbally let me know they could accommodate that request, however they emailed her a confirmation and spoiled the surprise.... more
The place is not family oriented. I was told one thing, but they said something else once I looked at my payment. I was going through something and I was very upset I ask if I could speak to someone so I can make an appt to come in at another time to cancel my membership, because i had bad news and was not mentally in a condition to come.... more
