I walk out of this place dripping sweat and almost ready to pass out. But I have never felt more proud of myself. You have encouragement walking in the door and encouragement walking out the door. You don't get that on a treadmill. This place is the truth.

Excellent workout. So much better for you than just going for a run. Also way more fun. Great people, great instructors. Highly recommend!

Signing up at Title Boxing Club here at Dallas Central Forest was worth every penny! The trainers give you tips during sessions, they will teach and demonstrate proper form and perfect punches. During warm ups and ab workouts, they push you to be better but they also let you do it at your own pace. If you're new, you will have one hour training with one of the trainers where they teach you the basics and if that's not enough, they have a 30 minute class on Saturdays that focuses on techniques! Their customer service is excellent, the place is always clean and every class is a challenge (it's not boring and it's the kind of cardio you won't regret!).

I've been going to Title on Forest for 1.5 years. It's officially an obsession. Mentally, it's become such an essential part of my week. Depending on my work schedule, I strive to attend 3 classes a week. These classes have been an amazing stress and anxiety reliever. I've become friends with the both the staff and trainers. I know they take a genuine interest in how I am doing when I walk in the door.

Each class is a little different, but you can guarantee an incredible workout from any of them. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are quick to correct form and technique - especially when there are new faces in the class. As far as the workout goes, I have never sweat so much in my life! It's a challenging class and you will push yourself the entire time, but the rewards are great.

Walking into your first class can be intimidating as any new class is. Before every class, you'll find the front desk staff wrapping hands, going over basic boxing moves and techniques to help first timers feel more comfortable. However, it's not uncommon for the regulars to walk over and introduce themselves and offer up some class advice. I had never taken a boxing class before, so it was all very new to me. It's a very friendly environment where you'll find every weight, race, and gender....a class full of people who are determined to live a better life.

The instructors really encourage you to push yourself, but at the same time you can feel comfortable doing each round at your own pace. It's a mix of cardio and strength, so you definitely get your complete workout!

I took two colleagues to the Forest Lane location to try the free class advertised on the website. (07/09/2018 at 5:45pm)

Instead of greeting us with a welcome, we were met with questions about where we are from and if we registered online.

After I explained where we are from and that we were happy to register online we were told that the next session was completely filled. (The current class wasn't )

I asked could we hang around to see if someone no-showed and was told it would be $25 apiece because my colleagues didn't live in the area. (I live in the area, my colleagues are visiting)

I then clarified that it wasn't that there was a full class, just that there was not going to be a free lesson. I was told that was correct. I was told that the free class was for local residents only. I asked if we could just buy the hand-wraps. No. Can we pay $25 total. No.

During this, the gentleman discouraging us from the free lesson took a call. He thanked the caller for inquiring about a membership, proceeded to tell the caller to come right down, stated he would show him the facility, then said, "we'll get you signed up and will take good care of you."

I then again asked why we couldn't just do the free lesson as advertised. "Because, those are the rules."

Well, Title boxing has lost a fan. I am ashamed of how we were treated. Especially after I promoted the business to my colleagues.

Front desk William and most trainers are incredibly friendly and personable. I prefer working out with the instructors that don't pick or play with their customers. Favorites are Deborah and Terry for their ability to encourage positively and offer clear instruction. You can tell they want to be there and put thought into their sessions. Always a great experience with these two. I appreciate professionalism!

The workouts are intense and fun. The instructors are all complete badasses. Matt handles the customer service part of the business and he's absolutely great.

I love Title workouts. They're full body, high energy, and you can burn a lot of calories. I like the variety of trainers, so your body and mind doesn't get use to a single style. The staff is very welcoming, and I felt very appreciated that they remember my name after one day! Great place, great environment.

WOW! My husband and I joined a few days ago and we love it! The workout is killer and the teachers / staff are awesome! I highly recommended Title Boxing on Forest / 75.

My workouts always challenge me and are never boring (I get bored easily). The hour goes by really fast and I feel great after. I can go at my own pace, push myself or focus on my technique, depending on a day. The instructors are very helpful and will correct my technique or explain the combo until I get it.

The classes provide a really challenging and cardio intensive workout. I went to a class after a stressful day, and this was the perfect remedy! The couches/trainers are there to help insure you're using the correct technique, and encourage you to hit it hard. Definitely give it a try if you want to do something out of the box!

You're not going to find a better workout in Dallas!! With consistency you will see a transformation in as ltitle as 2 months. In the Power Hour sessions you receive a good mix of cardio and resistance training all in fun supportive environment!! The power hour sessions never get old and will soon become one of the best parts of your day. I also recommend personal training to craft your technique, taking your workout to the next level.

I hate working out, until now. I enjoy going to boxing, it is fun. I leave there tired, but exhilerated. I am so glad that I started going, I do not plan on stopping any time soon.

Good gym and trainers, I would like to see more variety of speedbags. The classes are super intense, so be prepare to break a sweat in the first minutes! They have some cardio machines and weights available as well as a ring for personal classes. Check it out!

I enjoy the challenge that each workout brings; the trainers push you, yet meet you where you are! I have done this for years, fairly consistently, but off and on at times. I can see areas of growth and improvement, but I've never been bored in class. The trainers keep it fun and you can tell that they enjoy what they do! I value what each trainer brings and like to try their different classes. One thing holds true, no matter what trainer you have: there's sense of community, and warmth, that exists at this location and it keeps me coming and motivated!

Got a great workout here. Instructor provided great feedback. However front desk staff was very rude. Not worth putting up the rudeness.

A great workout in a positive environment. The classes are good for anyone at any workout level provided they pace themselves accordingly and remain persistent. Many classes throughout the day at an easy to get to location. It has been worth every penny so far.

What a incredable work out. And the people there are so helpful.
