The staff here is so amazing! They genuinely care about the kids, which is very helpful for the parents!. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday here last weekend and it was a total blast! Alera and Jake were the party coaches and were fantastic with all the kids.... more

I'm very disappointed in Gaia Flow yoga teacher training. I was a monthly draft member for a few years, I never felt the community feel as they claim but I also didn't join the studio for that reason so that part didn't bother me.... more
