Wish we would have started our kids at the JCC sooner. Best swim lessons we have taken, very organized and friendly, knowledgeable teachers.
Excellent athletic facilities. I especially like the yoga & zumba teachers Renee, Debi, Beth, Tanya & Diana.
So far so good. They treat you very well and answer your question. I also called and they were fast and answered my question. Happy so far

A community center that welcomes all, great programs for all, and hot meals for the Seniors at a very low cost. A happy place that gives back to the community.
We were in Dallas visiting out son's family and got the opportunity to go with him and the grandkids to watch their gymnasitics classes and the JCC of Dallas. It's a wonderful thing to watch the young ones trying to master excercises that seem simple to us. The place is expansive with all kinds of sports and work out facilities. The qym for gymnastics was loaded to the walls with practices pods. The instructors were gentle and encouraging with the youngsters -- celebrating with them every little accomplishment.

I am sad to give this place a one star. But my kids has been coming camps here since we moved in for the whole summer. This morning I was denied entrance to the facility to the guard on duty as he lets other go by without question. Asking me who am I? What am I doing here? I said dropping my kid to camp. He replies there is no kid car and camps are over. He proceded to ask for my ID and how he needed proof of my business here because of how I look. Oh sorry for been dark skin and not light skin. Awful. I don't think I will sing up my kids for the entire summer next year.

Excellent, they are a full functioning facility ... first the gym is excellent they have an indoor olympic size pool, an outdoor olympic size pool, outdoor tennis courts, indoor warm water therapy pool, children's pools. Plus they have all the equipment you ever want.
The locker room facilities have sauna, jacuzzis, steam rooms, showers etc. Also for the elderly they have chair yoga and chair Tai Chi and so much more.
For all line dancing exercises and they have facilities for every age group, there are indoor gymnastic room full facilities and two basketball courts indoors and so much more and the soccer field outside. And parking is excellent. For Senior citizens, they can go to the other side of the JCC beside the gym and they can have lunch week days, for $3.50 a full lunch cooked. On Thursday it is complementary, so any senior citizen wanting to go try may want to go on the Thursday. So a lubrary. And lots of programs, board games, movie and theatre outings, etc. It is just an amazing facility, I'm very pleased I've been a member there for many years now and that will never change and for the silver sneakers they can also pay a small token fee to be a member or free for silver sneaker members. They also have a very good summer camp program for children and they have school they're also at a different building you can inquire about that if you have children.

JCC's mission statement is to provide an inclusive family friendly place; the higher ups do the exact opposite. They only care about the $$$; highly recommend you all make sure what you know what you sign up for.
Warm family community center regularly scheduling programs introducing the reading public to authors particularly significant to Jewish tradition but broadly appealing to all.

Membership fees are a little pricey but they have great facilities with multiple basketball courts a large pool and workout classes.
I play basketball on Thursday nights and truly enjoy the competition and the facilities!!
I've worked out in many gyms in Dallas over many years. The J is the best !
Gym is great. Zero meathead factor. Never jam packed. Awesome pool for the kids during summer. Also basketball leagues for adults, gymnastics lessons, etc for kids. Like a nice country club without the pretense, bad food, or golf.
Nice equipment and very clean! Everyone is very helpful and they truly want you to be there.
I started going here to take Hatha Yoga with Terry, and then quickly fell in love with the rest of the facility. Nice, clean changing rooms and showers. Friendly staff. New machinery in the weights/treadmill area. Lockers and towels included in membership.
I saw musicals there. My friends absolutely love camp star quest. Great service. The musicals are wonderful and organized. I love it!!
Came for a rec league basketball game, nice staff great facilities.

BEST CFO IN THE COUNTRY.

The JCC basketball league management needs to improve. There are teams that forfeit one each 2 games damaging the competition and the other teams doesn't get refund.
So expect to pay for an 8 games league and just play 6. The league doesn't offer to reschedule the game or play the game against other team other day. They just keep your money and said it is not their fault.
Please basketball league management reconsider your rules. This is not fair!
Teams!! Specially, be careful if you have in your competition teams called PWC1 and PWC2. PWC2 just showed up 3 out of 6 games this last season damaging 3 other teams. Strange sign up in a competition and just show up 3 games.
