We had really bad experiences at this place. First of all, regarding your response, it was not appropriate for you to release our personal information here to the public. After two weeks trial, you agreed to accept my son and asked us to pay for the two months before summer break. Since I had learned that payment was made monthly, I asked you if we could pay for one month first. You said OK but I could tell you were not happy with that. Plus that I had told you on the first day we met that we might be moving during summer, all of these made you changed your mind and you wanted us to stop coming after another week. I understand businesses prefer long term customers, but I would rather you have rejected us at the first place. You showed your power and your control but no respect to your customers. Additionally, you told my son "Taekwondo is too hard for you", which really hurt a young boy's feeling as he was enjoying the class. Other boys in the class were also sometimes not following instructions but they got to stay. I guessed they were your potential long term customers. You called me saying that my review was hurting your business, but I would like to let you know that reviews help you realize your problems and improve your services.
