I love this studio. Their HIIT yoga class is brilliant. Do the Deep Stretch to relax, it's perfect on a Friday afternoon!

I had been wanting to write a review about this place for a while. Linda is the best! I have been to plenty of yoga classes and this place is by far the best. I am looking into starting my own yoga center and the instructors always give me advice. The friendliest people in the world!!!

This yoga studio is my absolute favorite in Dallas. It was recommend to me by my physical therapist. Mike and Courtney are fantastic... they are able to put my body and mind in zen. Thank you

I absolutely love City Yoga! Mike (the owner) is incredibly friendly, passionate and knowledgeable--I love his classes. The instructors are fantastic and the classes offer a range of challenge for beginners to advanced yogis. Julie has an awesome vibe and always has some great tunes along with a great practice. Personally, the music selection paired with the intimate studio and talented instructors keep me coming back! I have been to may yoga studios in Dallas and I must say this is my favorite.

well kept spot with awesome instructors. Julie and Chelsea are my favorite and they are really good at what they are doing. The small number of guests allows the instructors to focus more on your techniques.
Like any other yoga spot, you need to find the instructor that you connect with.

Great space for a relaxing yoga session. the instructors are all knowledgeable and help you to work at your own level. got a Groupon at a deal for now too!

I compared many studios first on the number of beginner classes that were offered and City Yoga offered the most options (4 classes while other studios only offered 1 or 2). I finally took the plunge and decided to try it at City Yoga and discovered a whole new love. The instructors are great. I have tried 3 of them. They work with your level and make sure you get the most out of the session. The location is great. It is just right off I-75. There is always ample parking. They have towels and mats for your use. I started with a Groupon deal but I will continue when my deal is used up.
