Place was dirty and smelled weird. Staff not helpful, equipement old and run down. Not impressed..Great coaching and friendly members. Definitely visit this gym while in Memphis..This is a GREAT gym! Nice nature trail beside the Marion lake. Has some workout suggestions Alon the way. Isn't terribly long but one end has a nice garden and the other end is the old water tower and a park with shelter and bball hoops.... more

Great place to work out at any time of the day or week . They have a full selection of cardio machinery and plenty of options for weights, both free and machine. It's always clean and has showers and lockers in the locker room - just bring your own locks, towels, and soap.... more
Gym is very small, crammed, and very, very limited during prime time more than you would expect if you went to planet fitness, 24hr fitness, etc. The worse part is that the owner has no sense of moral values, dishonest, no integrity and the worse part goes back on his word.... more
The staff were so accommodating! I lost one of my new wireless earbuds running on a treadmill. They lifted every treadmill around the area where I lost it and finally helped find it for me!.... more

One of the last real gyms in Memphis.I would give this gym a zero. Super DISHONEST gym. Called to cancel and payed hundreds of dollars to cancel the contract. We were told that it was canceled yet the gym still charged us for months after telling us that the contract had been canceled.... more
