Place was dirty and smelled weird. Staff not helpful, equipement old and run down. Not impressed.. Great coaching and friendly members. Definitely visit this gym while in Memphis.... more

Nice gym ,work out place come join us... This gym/spa is still AWESOME! Always clean..and managed properly! I have a "Lifetime Membership" and have been planning to start working out again soon! I gotta get back to being in "BEAST MODE !!!"... more

Great pickleball courts!. The Racquet Club is very beautiful and we recently had our rehearsal dinner there. The room was beautiful, the service the night of was excellent, and the food was delicious.... more
One of the last real gyms in Memphis. I would give this gym a zero. Super DISHONEST gym. Called to cancel and payed hundreds of dollars to cancel the contract. We were told that it was canceled yet the gym still charged us for months after telling us that the contract had been canceled.... more
