The Well provides amazing childcare and the location is extremely convenient!
The hours are very convenient. Also, the value is fabulous. The location is excellent too! Finally, the price is affordable!

The facility is very clean.
It has several exercise and weight machines and a small indoor track (that I haven't used) and a pool.
The pool is a bit inconvenient because of a couple reasons. One main one is the fact that the pool doesn't appear to be connected to the swim test file network. Also, while this has not affected my times there greatly, the pool has odd hours on the weekdays due to Crosstown High.
But in general, the gym and pool are very good and definitely a closer alternative for people living in Midtown and lower North Memphis.
I love it. They have expanded the 1 hour parking spaces, which helps. And last week, they opened the outdoor pool. This is really a great Y.

The equipment is brand new and perfectly maintained, the staff is amazing (always so positive and helpful!), this is the best Y in Memphis by far!

this place is the best ymca in the memphis metro. it is meticulously maintained, the staff is friendly and will remember your name, the spin room is top notch, there is childcare through church health, and rumour has it they are adding a pool.

Nice facility, nice atmosphere but very small. Having 1 of everything makes it difficult to get a workout in within 1 hour.

The gym is great and so are the staff however some of the people that live in building aren't very friendly.
You can use the internet that well. I guest because of all the concrete.
