It is very clean and th environment feels safe. Very well equipped. Have fun.
Nice place but real old facilities. President Taft cut the ribbon here in 1910 to give you an idea.
Great gym and nice staff. Facilities are a little dated, but lots of renovations and improvements in the works. One of the only gyms in the city left with a steam room and sauna.

Great Y and clean most of the time! But you can also feel the tension and animosity with the staff whether attitudes, drama or problems that can be easily solved and addressed, but instead it becomes larger and grows because it is not nipped in the bud. I truly believe guest and members should not be made aware of the issues that the staff have going on. Workers (especially) management need to work on attitudes and display of emotions when feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Also, far as communication with members, some are great at it others are not with their tone or responses to guest and visitors. Front desk workers are usually welcoming unless they feel pressured or pressed by the management. Kids corner staff are very welcoming and friendly whether you are dropping kids off or just stopping by to speak and have a conversation with the workers in kids corner. The wellness/fitness floor is usually clean and equipment is readily available if you are there during the less busiest hours. The locker room is clean, shower is usually mopped and swept during the day; except the whirlpool being cleaned the water is usually mirky and dark especially during the busiest hours due to not showering before entering the whirlpool. Workout classes are fun especially if you get to know the instructors. Overall you feel at home at the Y, but it also need improvements mostly concerning the staff (management) other than that it is a great place to workout and fellowship.

Really nice people. A little pricey, that the reason that after the scheduled "paid" day, the children literally sit on the floor till pickup, is the reason for the 3 stars.

Best gym ever it offers family plans day care morning work out to evening work out a sona to sweat lol pool jacuzzi big womens locker room plus men and also a racket ball room a volley ball room a roof top to lay in the sun or watch a baseball game " GO REDBIRDS LOL" plus cable wifi a basketball ball gym a fitness cardio room a walking or running track bikes walkers treadmills galore weight trainers weight lifting special classes for all swim lessons all of it plus u don't even have to bring ur own towel they have soap hot clean towels ready for u its always clean friendly and a comfortable place to work out and lose that weight

The BEST gym in town. It has a sort of Royal Tenenbaums feel to it. The pool is in the basement. Basketball court and some studio space are on the first floor. The weight/cardio/floor area is on the second floor with a great view of Autozone Park. There are also some racquetball courts and additional areas upstairs. This is a great, clean, friendly gym.
Used to be a member many years ago. It was renovated a number of years back. Very reasonable membership fee for a very comprehensive facility.
