Great workout + uplifting mantras + friendly yogis! I enjoy the variety of classes. Some of the classes remind me of a mixture of yoga/Barre/Pilates/HIIT. Other classes let me flow through the fundamental yoga sequences I love.... more

Friendly staff and a great community. They have plenty of equipment and power racks..Hard to beat at the price. Two locations to visit, both with 24 hour key card access. The downtown location has a lot of Olympic weight and platforms, the Reynoldsburg location, a huge crossfit rig and tons of strongman stuff.... more

Let me start with the positives - the cost is reasonable, there is a nice variety of classes, the instructors and the class times are very good. What's disappointing is the lack of cleanliness especially in the locker and restrooms.... more
