A good boutique yoga studio. The instructors are generally knowledgeable and teach good vinyasa flows in non- or moderately heated rooms. I found the greatest advantage to GoYoga to be the plethora of GoYoga studios around town, meaning that there are more instructors and locations to suit your preference and schedule.... more

Attended a birthday party here and the facility and staff were phenomenal!! The space is equipped to work with kids of varying sizes and disabilities, physical and cognitive. Was extremely pleased to see how well they worked with kids on the spectrum, too!!.... more
