I used to not mind planet fitness, except I've been trying to end my membership. I moved away from my home club and now I can either change clubs and get charged for another month because of "policy", drive two hours to my home gym and end in person because of "policy", or write a letter and mail it? This is rediculous, they'll take my money so easily online but act like its impossible to push a button and end a membership.... more

This is like a "to-go gym"....it's small and has no locker rooms, but it's very clean with modern atmosphere and equipment. Perfect for getting in a quick workout.Love it,only thing needs attention the scale needs batteries and most nights all the towls are gone.... more

This is a great neighborhood gym for people serious about getting in shape but not an ideal spot for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and smart phone gazers. Badly needs a hamstring curl & leg extension machine but good gym overall. Plenty of space with the upstairs & staff is friendly. Do wish it opened a bit earlier..Excellent gym! Staff is always professional and helpful.... more

I think the staff could be friendlier,I dont no anyone by name,but the younger lady I think her name is brittany is the only friendly person that actually greets you at the door...customer service and friendliness is super important.... more

The gym is small & private. Not for the big gym crowd. Grant Winkel Fitness is here. He is awesome! Personal plans designed for you. You will be better off after working with him!.I came in last month with paperwork filled out and left a message and they charged my card and started an account and on the message told me when I could come in but I couldnt understand on the machine so I called back.... more

Would be a decent place if there were a few changes. First the staff is absolutely incompetent and does not do a thing other than the very minimum they are assigned to do. The parking lot is supposedly a tow away zone, yet when patrons park outside of designated spaces and overcrowd the lot that is already too small, the staff does nothing about it.... more
