I've been to elevate yoga for four sessions so far, and the experiences I've had have been relaxing and encompassing. I've done the slow flow and slow burn classes with Michelle, Charlie, and Sada Nam. Each offer their own type of experience but they all have been wonderful. I plan on continuing attending here because the atmosphere is so comforting, and it is fulfilling every time I attend. Would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing and comforting. Worked up a sweat and got stretched out in the slow burn class- stayed for the restful class after. I feel great!

I absolutely adore this studio! Between the amount of classes offered and the events that happen, this place is great! Highly recommend. Good for any skill level. Staff is always above and beyond friendly and caring as well! Always have felt welcome and encouraged no matter what and thats a big deal!

Enjoyed the yin/restorative/Kudalini class with Sada Nam. He plays a variety of live instruments during the session - guitar, gong, flute, chimes. The vibrations are wonderful. For yin I prefer a very guided/hands-on instruction, and this was more self-guided. Still, very nice. I would definitely come back!

Elevate truly combines the physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual sides of life into its classes and workshops. I find community and peace when I enter the space. All the yoga classes I have been to are wonderful. The workshops are unique, well timed, and seem to bring synchronicity to whatever I am experiencing outside of the studio. I highly recommend joining Elevate for classes and workshops.

I am beginning my fourth year as a student with L-Yoga Flow, and honestly, I would not dream of going anywhere else. The Kundalini yoga class with Natalie has been an incredible experience for the past three years. Natalie is so encouraging---ALWAYS thanking us for spending this time with her, and for taking the time for ourselves. This encouragement is what causes us as students, I believe, to be able to do a little more every single week. I would also like to say something about how I have learned to meditate very deeply with this style of yoga. The health benefits of Kundalini yoga are truly incredible--lowered blood pressure, ability to handle stress so much more effectively, and increased ability to concentrate. There is a different Kriya every single week, depending on whether energy is low, or whatever the desire might be for the benefit of that class. It is life changing, and you want a true expert teaching Kundalini yoga, and Natalie is that person. Another Kundalini instructor is Emily--in the past month she has taught two classes that I have attended. Emily is a wonderful instructor-- explaining every movement--its purpose, and inviting us to have tea with her after class. You've got to love that...

I am also taking Yin yoga with Kitty. This type of yoga is such a contrast to Kundalini yoga, where the concentration for me is primarily on the ligaments---opening the hips, pelvis, some work on the spine. These movements are held for periods of time, and I believe that the Kundalini yoga prepared me for that particular type of yoga--the concentration on holding the poses. Kitty is very hands on--always going around and helping us with the adjustments, the poses. I have watched her speaking with every single student, and the amount of care that she shows is just incredible. I have had some broken bones and damage to my back, and what I have been able to accomplish is wonderful, I feel. Again, the whole emphasis within this studio is that of encouragement. Beginners feel so very welcome, as do those students who have serious practice of many years. There is just nothing else like L-Yoga Flow out there.

I love this place. The best feature is the multiple kinds of yoga they teach, which accommodates all levels of yogis. I have been a regular here, ever since I started in January and look forward to be a part of this studio for a foreseeable time. The teachers are attentive and approachable. And the focus of the studio is not just ab crunches or other forms of exercises, but a wholesome yoga experience with good meditative techniques. If you are in the area, it is a must to do thing.

I have been a student of L-Yoga Flow for 18 months.I have never consistently maintained a practice of anything for this long. I walk in and the atmosphere is quieting, warm and forgiving. By forgiving, I mean that it doesn't matter what my practice is that day. If I can't give 100% that day, whatever I give is enough. This is very stress-relieving to me. I also know I will walk out feeling better. I look forward to going to yoga whereas I can't ever remember feeling like that when going to a gym.
The benefits of yoga are essential to me because I have fallen twice and broken bones as a result. Yoga has helped my core strength, which in turn, helps my balance.
To sum it up- I feel better about myself with all the support I get from the instructors and practice at L-Yoga Flow

What an incredible experience, studio and instructor. Natalie provides outstanding instruction that helps guide you through the positions no matter what level of experience you bring. She explains each position, telling you how to modify for beginners or challenge for those ready to take it to the next level. I have been going for over a month, and have found that not only is my body changing but my mind is too. I'm learning ways to help me deal with stress that help me mentally and physically. I would recommend this studio to everyone I meet!

L-Yoga Flow is as good as it gets! Yoga at your level, no matter what that is. I started as a beginner, and this was a great place to be re-introduced to yoga. Now, a couple years in and teaching some of my own classes, it is a great community in which to continue my practice.

Different types of classes offered and regular changes in classes mean you won't get bored and it's easy to find your favorites. Convenient location and schedule, great teachers and classmates who are welcoming and non-judgemental. Try L-Yoga Flow, you won't be disappointed!
