I'm going to have to do something that i HATE to do. Retract my previous review of this establishment. As well as change the rating from 1 to 5 stars. Regardless of if you're a boxer getting ready for a fight, all the way to the parents and students just trying to get a little extra motivation in their life so that they can live healthier, learn a little self defense and become part of a community that is unique .... more

10/10 recommend! Best workout I've had since high school sports. Staff is awesome & it feels like a judgement free zone. Very clean as well.. Really nice staff and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.... more
