Terrific experiences here. I have been on several occasions for a variety of programs from yoga to massage workshops, and all are top notch! My wife loves the classes here too!.I started coming here a few months ago for prenatal yoga and it has been awesome! Parking is never a problem and the classes normally run 1 hour and 15 minutes which means that you aren't rushed and always get plenty of time for shavasana at the end.... more
