Equivita is an incredible place. Their massage therapy and mental health services can't be beat. Barb and Betsy were so good to me and I've never had a counselor like Nan. You have to go!

Also, if you're sore from your workout, or if you've just had a stressful week, you can get a great massage from one of their licensed massage therapists.
