This place has gone downhill in the past six months. Seems like the new manager does not know how to manage. Terrible food, the ladies locker room is in need of attention, unorganized wait staff and everything is just a rushed and almost fast food chain atmosphere.... more

Swim run play basketball and workout at a great price especially if you are a Dayton Ohio resident. There are several recreation center throughout the city but I was at The Roosevelt center.... more
If you're a rower this is the place to be in Dayton. Though this temporary boathouse doesn't have the normal amenities of the normal boathouse, it still offers the same basic principle, boats, oars, and a dock.... more
This is a great gym! It's conveniently located downtown with two entrance options. It has a good amount of cardio machines, floor space, and lifting machines/free weights. It is always clean and there is always spray/paper towels and hand sanitizer available for the members.... more
I used to love working out here I love the chair in the Hydro Bed really does work on your back.. Awesome place to workout. Doesn't matter if your new or a long time gym veteran. Just come in and do your thing! The equipment is clean and updated, plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes , you name it, they have it.... more
The management are scammers beware and read all of the fine print before signing!!! I was signed up for the wrong location even though I explicitly asked for a specific one and was told I was being signed up for the one I wanted.... more
