The management are scammers beware and read all of the fine print before signing!!! I was signed up for the wrong location even though I explicitly asked for a specific one and was told I was being signed up for the one I wanted. The contract is 3 years long and you can only get out of it if you move a fair distance from any location. There is a lot of fine print READ IT!!

Overall the ability to actually use the gym is fine as it has good equipment and is functional, but make sure you know what you are signing because what they tell you is NOT the same thing you sign!

This is such a great location! All the staff here are very friendly and the enrollment process was a breeze. They explained all the pricing and annual fees as well as their referral program. This location offers some cool classes and has daycare services. The equipment maintenance is kept up on and they have a wide variety of machines available. And they have actual free weights which seems to be lacking in some of the other area gyms. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to crush some fitness goals!

Did the 6 week challenge which advertised if you complete challenge your money will be refunded or put towards membership which is a LIE and false advertising. I completed and did every part of the challenge at the last weigh in they have you get out your phone and write a positive review after doing they tell you not getting any of the large amount amout of money that you put down at beginning. They tell you the only reason they taking the money at sign up is to insure you complete the challenge. They have no intention on following up with what they advertise. They pretty much laughed in my face. We own a buisness here in Kettering and would never use such DECEITFUL Advertising. I would recommend a honest gym that dont try to lie to you to get you to join.

I have been to plenty of gyms and I can honestly say this facility is one of the BEST! They have a great variety of gym equipment that I never see anywhere else. They also have a sauna and pool and the gym is kept very neat and clean! I would highly recommended this gym to any and everyone.
P.S. the staff is great as well :-)

This is a difficult review because I am friends with some of the people at this gym. Before I move forward I want to say that I think the Huber Heights and Englewood locations are great. EBF had two other kettering gyms and closed them both. This had made their new location super crowded. If you go at peak times there is a good chance nothing will be open. And that's understandable. But the passive aggressive attitude of the management is crazy. There are signs all around the gym scolding grown adults about what can and cant happen. They only allow you to bring guests certain hours, they advertise 24 hours when they have opening and closing hours 4 days a week, 9.99 advertisements but that involves no weights. I have witnessed them get numbers for people and personally make it their mission to spam their text messages, demanding they talk to them.Theres a lot that I don't agree with from a business management standpoint. Let me be clear I like the people on a personal level and I hate to write this review because I probably am going to lose some friends from doing this, but I don't feel the way they treat customers is worth signing the three year contract.

These people are crooks. Stay far away. Definitely don't sign a contract with them, there is no way to cancel.

Enter at your own rick as this is not the place you want to join. They don't tell you when you sign up but they lock you into a long term contract. Any questions about the contract are directed to their financial collections company. No one from Everybody Fitness will call you. You are directed to the financial company. Basically, they want your money and they don't want to deal with you personally. They also give a free trial memberships. Once the free trial is over, the customer is automatically, and without their full knowledge, signed up for a contract.

As if this wasn't scandalous enough, when EB closed the Bigger Road location, they were still selling memberships to people who believed Bigger Road would be their gym. The salespeople did not inform the new customers that the gym was closing. Some of these people showed up a few days later to see the door locked and the business close. This is not how businesses should be run. The value of the dollar should not exceed the value of the customer.

Also, they regularly close gyms in an attempt to consolidate everyone into larger gyms which are further apart. For example, they recently closed the Bigger Road location. Notice was given to the clients via a sign posted at the check in desk. NO e-mail was sent. NO personal contact with those adversely affected was made. The sign claimed the new facility was bigger and remodeled. One stop into the Woodman facility will let you know that remodeled is relative. The remodeling is incomplete at best and the facility overall is dirty. The counters in the bathrooms have holes in them where plumbing was changed and the toilet tanks have holes in them too. The carpets are dirty. They pained the facility red and black, the EB colors, but left the purple and white accents and accessories from Premier. The machines (cardio and weight) are extremely close together.

The company also sold functional training classes based upon the functional training area at Bigger Road. The area at Woodman is 1/4 the size and is shared with another training company doing functional training. Shared. Equipment. Tiny space. Shared. When the functional training packages were sold at Bigger, the sale was based upon the large, private, well equipped area at Bigger.

This company does everything they can to take money from its customers while providing zero customer service. A phone call to the corporate office nets only two choices- accounts payable which is a voice mail and accounts receivable, the bill collection entity. You cannot talk to a person. They simply don't care.

Please choose another gym that doesn't make you sign a contract, you will be much happier. Plus you will save monthly as this is a pricier membership.

I love this gym!!!! Free tanning and child care with a member ship... Thay are actually a 24 hr gym... Plus tons of equipment plenty of room for everyone.... Awesome cardio theater... A pool, showers, lockers, and did I mention tons of equipment!!!

I've really enjoyed using the Compel Fitness training at Everybody Fitness. I've had great results and am excited for more! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The trainers are great at encouraging and pushing me.

Everybody Fitness is a great place to workout. Compel fitness works inside the gym. They have an exceptional training program that allows you to exceed your own expectations. The staff are very knowledgeable & it is fun. Come & investigate ways to increase muscle mass & decrease body fat.

If your one of the people like me that goes to the gym early and one reason you chose this gym was it's a "24 hour" gym. Well sorry to disappoint. Half the time that doesn't work you just got to hope that you can get someone's attention inside. They charge a yearly fee for maintenance and such but for some reason will not fix the only thing that people use everyday. Can't be that hard to get a system that operates better. So my advice is if your looking for a gym that is 24 hours sometimes and the cleanliness isn't that great then this is the gym for you.

Staff is very friendly. Someone is always motivating you to reach whatever goals you set for yourself. I enjoye my Team Trainer program, I've gained new workout partners and friends!
