Great full body workout! Fun, lively instructors that give lots of positive feedback and never make you feel bad for taking a water break or a breather. I never thought working out could be this fun! Everyone in the classes are very supportive and friendly. It's like having a workout family. I always leave covered in sweat with a smile on my face! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a group workout activity.
I absolutely love it, all of the staff members are very kind and helpful. Al and George are good instructors I like them a lot and I do wanna try out the other instructors class one day.
Workouts at Title are defined by an intensity that's hard to find anywhere else. It's a high energy, positive energy environment that I'd recommend to anyone willing to test their perceived limits. The staff and instructors are among the very best I've ever encountered in the fitness industry. The cost is probably higher than most would prefer but as is often the case in life, you get what you pay for.
I am so grateful to have found Title. There are some fantastic trainers, classes to fit any schedule, and just a wonderful atmosphere overall for people of any fitness level.

Definitely a great workout but the best part is how welcoming and amazing the trainers are. Even if you're not in shape or knowledgeable on boxing they take the time to work with you and make you feel like part of the team. Will definitely come back and bring a friend!

The workouts are good. But the owner and customer service are severely lacking. None of the staff are authorized to do ANYTHING. It frustrating to get told over and over what a jerk their boss is but never even get that chance to speak with him because he wont return calls. Will NOT be renewing my membership-Definitely putting that in writing....

This is a great workout and so much fun! They have a lot of classes to choose from, so you can make it work for your schedule. The instructors are all great and will go through everything with you before your first class (which is free!) so that you know what the basics are. Also, because everyone works on their own heavy bag, you can work at the pace that you're comfortable with. I would highly recommend checking out Title! It's well worth it!

This title is newer titles in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Looks a lot more up to date inside then the ones you will find in cincy, instructors are friendly and will push you when you need a push. First shot is free so well worth trying.

What an AWESOME workout!! It is so fun, and it felt awesome to be able to punch the heavy bags. There was never any contact, so I felt completely comfortable. You have your own space around your bag, and they even wrap your hands for you! The trainers are great!! They are very knowledgeable, and give you so much attention, you feel like you are getting a personal training session. I have gotten to know the owner, and he is a really great guy. Make sure you check this place out and bring all your friends!!!
