I used to love working out here I love the chair in the Hydro Bed really does work on your back.

Awesome place to workout. Doesn't matter if your new or a long time gym veteran. Just come in and do your thing! The equipment is clean and updated, plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes , you name it, they have it.

Machines are well maintained, and it's never too busy there, so access to the variety of machines they have is nice. The only gripe I have is the ventilation system as it always smells like sweaty feet (I understand this is a gym) but I think they could do a better job at making it smell better

Good gym. The employees are friendly and they are always cleaning. The machines are new and all work. Good variety of workouts. The music sucks, like what 14yr old girls listen too. Some yoga classes would be great.

Nice place to work out. No one talks to me, which is a massive plus. The facility is updated and very clean, with circuit training and an stations. I really don't have any complaints.

Great place to work out in. Never have to wait for a machine. Hardly ever have to wait for the tanning bed or massage chairs/bed. Affordable monthly payments to support your overall health and fitness goals.

I keep trying to give them chances but they keep messing up. I made sure to use an external card with them because of payment issues (random withdrawl dates, reprocessing 2-3 days later) and somehow they still went into an OLD payment option (that I removed) and proceeded to charge that account for more than four months though it was not a posted payment option. Sidenote: I havent attended their gym in months and the whole time the only payment option has been this external card, which has a separate account number. The staff was very rude and absolutely did nothing to fix this (literally refused). They were more focused on saying no than actually fixing the problem. Now I have to dispute six months of charges because someone force processed my membership, which is literally the only way it could have been done.

When I travel to Dayton, this is my gym. I love the whole Planet Fitness mentality of no judgement. You'll find people of every fitness level busy improving themselves.

On one trip, I ran into a problem with a piece of equipment that needed repair. The staff were responsive and marked the machine as out of order. It was the only machine on the entire floor that wasn't available, so I know they keep up on their maintenance.

If you are looking for a place to work out at your own pace, this is the place for you.

The price is very affordable and the equipment is well maintained. The men's locker room is usually dirty, and shower area downright funky. They have paper towels and spray to wipe down machines, but often they are out of towel and spray. Showers are freezing in the Winter. For the price, it's a real steal, though.

Worst gym ever!! Cancelled membership 2/18 & they are still charging me in 7/18. Employees are clueless & miss informed & the absentee of management is very concerning. If there's any issues they refer u to management but they're NEVER in office! Ughhh disappointing annoying would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Tanning beds need better maintenance and cleaning. The rooms are always too hot and the tanning bed I used tonight (#2) was dirty (lotion and fingerprints all over the inside) and the bottom acrylic that you lay on needs replaced because its cloudy and it's rough like somebody took sandpaper to it..

If you want a great experience and nice customer service go to the planet fitness in Middletown. Not only do I feel like the gym and equipment is better so is the hours and and workers!!!

If you are single and/or go to the gym at odd hours, this is the gym for you. Excellent price point for going solo. Great equipment and staff. Went here for years..

Until after having children! Fostering really means you need a daycare, so we switched to the Y. :( Still recommend Planet Fitness for all your workout needs ... assuming no children ..

Ruben and his team work together As a team striving hard each day to make the facility shine (even as we track in crushed road salt). Everyone is friendly and attentive to our needs. Special shout outs to Gina, Amy, John and Ruben for making the daily trek a highlight of my day. Thanks guys!
3/27/18- Kudos to the crew here for keeping the facility it top shape through a messy winter. Ruben is continuing to challenge his team to take it to the next level. Gina, Kylie, Eric, Andrea work hard everyday to make members workout experience top notch. That dedication shows.

There is an over abundance of lunks and nothing done about it. I constantly feel uncomfortable here because of it. The equipment is also frequently broken and never fixed. I have stated going to other locations and like them a lot better.

I love my gym !!! It may be a big franchise but i always feel at home. Gina greets me bright and early at 7 a.m with a HUGE smile!!! I love the feeling of being somewhere where i am not just a number!

Americans of just about every ilk amaze me with how spoiled we can be. I've used PF gyms from New York/ Jersey area all the way down to SC, and believe me, this one ain't too bad at all. Large, clean, spacious workout space and they provide clean up/sweat cloths. My one and only demerit would be the absence of a triceps push down machine (otherwise I'd give them five stars). Can't believe people gave them less. Remember folks, fabulous PF is quickly taking over the country (no l don't work for them), and we can get in for as little as $10 a month. You think this gym is so bad? Try using the Fulton Street Brooklyn joint. You'll be very grateful.

Joined right before they got new equipment a few months ago. Staff is always welcoming and friendly! Very convenient and have always seen the staff cleaning when they are not busy at the front desk. Highly recommend, they have changed a lot from a few months ago!!

Went to the gym this morning and after my workout proceeded to shower. It was my unlucky day...NO HOT WATER! This isn't the first time I've had this issue. I made sure the guy up front knew about it and he said that management knows and they are addressing it. I called this afternoon to find out when they will have hot water. I am told "oh give it 3 weeks or so." The girl also thought this was funny for some reason. I'm not amused! Are you kidding me? It takes a day to fix this. Totally unacceptable for someone that comes in the morning and goes to work immediately after.

Generally runs middle of the road on a clean factor. Never noticeably super dirty, certainly never super clean. Sometimes the weight area gets really packed but nothing crazy.

I prefer Centerville over this location. It just has a better layout, lighting, and upkeep. (The best one I've been to tho is Mason. That was like a resort spa.)

Update: they've been on point with the cleaning lately. Great job!

Note: most bad reviews deal with $$$...folks welcome to a gym. Where they all LOVE to mess with you in super long contracts with tricks. You'll find the same if not worse elsewhere. It is what it is. Unfortunately.

This gym does great for the location. The staff have always been friendly and nice. I wish I could see more efforts for cleanliness. Just be sure to wipe down the massage chairs/bed before you use them (blackcard holders). Other than that, no complaints.

This planet fitness would be better if the layout as more spread out. The lack on weight machines is disappointing. The equipment is also old.

This is one of very few Planet Fitness that haven't scored 5 stars with me. This location is less than a 1/3 in size as most, it's not open 24/7 and it's very ghetto in the scheme of Planet Fitness. Hope they move it somewhere nicer.

Very clean, well-equipped fitness center. Friendly staff whenever I visit on weekday mornings.
