This is a great gym! It's conveniently located downtown with two entrance options. It has a good amount of cardio machines, floor space, and lifting machines/free weights. It is always clean and there is always spray/paper towels and hand sanitizer available for the members.... more

I used to love working out here I love the chair in the Hydro Bed really does work on your back..Awesome place to workout. Doesn't matter if your new or a long time gym veteran. Just come in and do your thing! The equipment is clean and updated, plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes , you name it, they have it.... more
