Your gym is closed due to the pandemic and your website says that payments will be stopped until you are open again. It also states that it is the individual franchise owner's responsibility to stop these automatic payments if they aren't controlled by the headquartered office.... more

They refuse to cancel memberships and just keep charging you..My husband had a membership here. Tried to cancel it, but still continues to be charged! We are beyond frustrated, and the couple times we were able to speak with someone from the Broadway location they were not helpful.... more
