Your gym is closed due to the pandemic and your website says that payments will be stopped until you are open again. It also states that it is the individual franchise owner's responsibility to stop these automatic payments if they aren't controlled by the headquartered office. It's April 12, 2020 - you've been closed long enough to have stopped automatic payments; yet, my membership fees are reflected in my account to be pulled today. This is a reflection of the owners of the Dilworth, MN Anytime Fitness that they care more about their own bank account than their customers. Shame on you!

Anytime fitness in Dilworth is wonderful. Steve is an excellent person to work with. He has treated my daughter with understanding, professionalism and supportive. Thanks for having such a great person.

I would love it here if it weren't for the trainers who think this is their personal gym. It is completely unacceptable the way they take up more space than they need and use multiple machines at once. Today I was trying to bench press while a trainer leaned against the bench and was doing leg exercises with their client right in the middle of the weights area. I understand that they also need to do their thing, but there was plenty of space in the facility to do those types of exercises elsewhere. I come here to relieve stress, not build it due to inconsiderate trainers. Very disappointed lately at the disregard. If I can't use the space, I will take my money elsewhere.

I love this place!!! It's open 24/7 so I can go there with my late work hours. My husband and kids are home sleeping so I get alone time, a good stress free work out plus an amazing hot shower!! Not to mention the staff and trainers are so fun and cheerful! I highly recommend this place!!!

Do not join this qym-they pull a bait and switch scheme. Do not give them your credit card as they will charge hundreds of unauthorized charges on it even though they tell you they have removed the card from their system. What they tell you and what they do are 2 different things. This is a franchise organization so if you want to switch to another location you are screwed. This is the worst organization I have ever dealt with, They do not answer their phones, you get an answering machine. Hopefully some day they will call me back. I will be contacting an attorney in the near future and canceling my credit card so that they can no longer charge me for things I have not gotten. Check their reviews online before you even think about them, I wish I would have. Hind sight is 20/20.
