I STARTED ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. I TRY TO MAKE IT 3 TIMES A WEEK, SO I CAN GET MY STRENGHT TRAINING DONE. IT HAS HEILPED ME ALOT, I DON'T HAVE THE PAIN IN MY SHOULDERS ANYMORE AND MY LEGS ARE STRONGER ALSO. NOW I KNOW HOW TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT, BY DOING AT LEAST A HALF HOUR ON THE CARDEO MACHINES. BUT I HAVE TO CONVINCE MYSELF TO JUST DO IT ALREADY. ALSO THAY HAVE A SPEAKER COME IN ONCE A MONTH WITH SOME HEALTH INFO, YOU ALWAYS LEAVE WITH INFO YOU NEVER KNEW. PLUS I LIKE SOCIALIZING WITH PEOPLE IN MY AGE GROUP. THE MACHINES ARE PERFECT FOR OUR AGE GROUP AND NO MIRRORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME AND CHECK IT OUT LORETTA SCHUMACHER
