great classes and instructors. terrible customer service when trying to cancel a membership. I have been trying to cancel for a month now. I have left texts, calls, emails and voicemails consistently specifically stating what I need done. Doors are locked when I try to show up in person. I have never received a call back from anyone. I now have to file a claim and dispute everything from them until they can actually get into contact with me. Seems like I am being avoided
I love Mojo! I started going to the new North Studio when it opened this fall. The huge variety of classes have kept me both motivated and challenged. I have now attended a few classes at their West Fargo studio and love all of the options in classes as well as the variety of unique and qualified instructors.
I love the culture at Mojo!! The instructors and fellow yogis are supportive and fun. It truly feels like a family. The class selection is diverse and you can tell that each instructor really enjoys what they do. I never thought I'd look forward to my workouts! Thank you for making me feel at home, Mojo!
