They refuse to cancel memberships and just keep charging you.

My husband had a membership here. Tried to cancel it, but still continues to be charged! We are beyond frustrated, and the couple times we were able to speak with someone from the Broadway location they were not helpful. Still looking to get this issue resolved. Do not get a membership here unless you want to continue to pay monthly for the rest of your life.

Nice variety of people coming in and good equipment. Overall a really nice set up. However the times I go, the staff is never there.

Great place to go work out. 24 hours a day plus lots of equipment. Staff is very helpful if you have questions too

The fact that you can go here anytime of any day is one of the main reasons why I love anytime. I have been to all of the locations in the Fargo Moorhead area. They are all very clean, has all of the machines that you could think of using.

There's lots of equipment here and hygiene is taken very seriously. There is 24/7 access meaning you can get in anytime that works for you.
I did not stay long because it costs a fortune.

Some of the equipment needs serviced, and they always seem to be out of the wipes. But its a pretty nice gym, very laid back, I appreciate that they just expanded. Love the accessibility.

This Anytime Fitness overcharged me and has refused to acknowledge and resolve it. I was charged for more than I had agreed to without my consent. Anyone who decides to join, keep a watchful eye on your bank statement!

I wish I could give a no star!These people are so fraudulent.They will try to persuade you to sign a membership without properly explaining the terms of the contract to you.Within 1 month I trained twice and I have a $1000 bill to pay all in the name of a fitness trainer scam! All they care about is money.What a joke! Planet fitness is better than this place!!!

Have been to a few anytime fitnesses now, this one is pretty similar. Wish they would add an additional power rack at each gym, there is only ever one rack and then a Smith machine. Hate the Smith.

Was not worth 50$ a month. I could have gone to planet fitness and gotten a membership for 10$ a month. Plus anytime ripped me off for 360$ for some light treatment they said would take the fat off my belly. Didn't work. Then also tried to get me with more money 500+$ a months for a trainer. Go somewhere else and save money. Plus months after my 12 month membership was up they charged me another 48$ for something I don't know why. And the last month they charged also charged me 48$ when it was supposed to be 43$. I'm a disabled army veteran and I'm on a fixed income. This I can not tolerate.

This gym is easily one of the worst facilities I have ever used, especially for the price I am paying. I'll admit that the staff are extremely nice but their equipment does not match their personality. The facility itself is quite small and this leads to it getting very crowded. When the personal trainers are working with clients, they take whatever materials they need and leave the rest of us without equipment. A lot of the machines are outdated. Their pull down machine doesn't have drop plates and the bar slammed on my head when trying to adjust the weight, their squat racks are extremely thin and make it difficult to move side to side without bumping into the equipment, their bench press is a machine and it wobbles when trying to use it and honestly the list of issues with equipment can run on forever. I am extremely dissatisfied with this gym as is my boyfriend and we are eager to join a far better gym.
