Owner isn't professional at all. Creates Facebook fights and values new customers over loyal customers. Or in other words only cares about $$$ not the gym members.

This is my favorite gym in the whole world. The owners are so friendly and there is such a wide variety of equipment. You can get 7 passes for $25 and a day pass is only $10 with a social media check in. You won't get a better value anywhere else for what they offer. A ton power racks, deadlift platforms, machines, a sauna, cardio machines, cable machines and free weights.
This gym is definitely great for staying focused. Most people here work hard to build their fitness levels and it's good for all kinds. Love it here.

I've been lifting here for 2 years and I have a love hate relationship with this gym. The grungy environment is awesome. The only big problem is that some of the equipment and bars are falling apart/bent and don't get fixed or replaced. And if things do get replaced it's ussaly something of low quality, they should really charge less if that's how they want to run the place. Also they heat the gym at like 74 degrees.
The energy is contagious. For any fitness enthusiast (from beginner to pro), this gym has the equipment, atmosphere and the encouragement one might want from a gym. Family ran and you can feel it when you walk in. The club members might have earbuds in and an intense look on their face but EVERYONE is ready and willing to help if you have a question. If you're looking for community... metro will be a home for your fitness journey.

Really good gym, better than average equipment and is a great environment to lift in. Only downside is that it's always way too hot despite the time of year. Having it hot in the summer is fine because you still get fresh air, but when it gets cold the heat get cranked up way too high.

I love the positive atmosphere! It's always so welcoming and you really do feel like a part of the family when you step in the gym. The equipment is all very new, there is plenty of room to exercise, and the members are all supportive and helpful. I always know I'll have a good workout there, and I love the 24/7 access!
Home away from home. It's not just a gym here; these people are like family. Always supporting and motivating each other. Love this place!

A feeling of family when you step in the doors. A great facility to work at, and an even better place to work out at! Wide array of equipment and there are always knowledgeable lifters around to spot and give advice.
