I work out here when I am in Rochester. Spectacular gym. Equipment is great, the place is very clean, staff are friendly. Locker rooms are very well maintained. Good smoothies at the food station.... more
There's a wide range of equipment for any workout. They also have a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, sauna, and heavy bags. Employees are friendly, and everybody working out there seems to mind their own business.... more

I started a contract monthly membership with World Gym Rochester in March 2021. In April my company moved me 5 hours away to NYC. I was told I was required to pay the entire 12 months off even though I could not use their gym anymore due to distance.... more
I love hanging out with fellow women! ;). all women's gym with classes and personal training to help achieve fitness goals! Very comfortable environment and has a variety of equipment that some other local gyms don't have.... more

This gym is nasty no one cleans there.you get what what you pay for . Not RECOMMEND for kids .go at your own risk. They dont work hard to keep anything clean I've been going for 7yrs there and nothing really changed .... more
