People seem semi disinterested if you are not the right "client". Selection in standard men's polo's in beginning of summer was limited. I prefer service in a retail experience.

Service stinks. Cashier was incredibly rude.

The service levels at this store are just not Lululemon. I shop at Lululemon at stores around the country, and the one reason I buy a lot of it is despite the price is that they have an amazing quality guarantee, which is simply summarized on the corporate web site as "If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back." Pretty much any Lululemon store, and I've been to several in NYC and around the country, take great pride in this quality guarantee, and will repair or replace an item for you. They've taken back items with tears, with stains, replaced broken buttons, cleaned items for me, hemmed them. While a small subset of the hundreds of items I've purchased have needed this, I have never had a problem with this, and most Lululemon Ambassadors have been happy to ensure that I'm satisfied. All except the ones at this particular location. Unless its something simple like a button or a tear at a seam, this store does not honor the quality guarantee. If you find yourself in a store outside of the area, in NYC, or anywhere else, odds are that they will treat you much better if you have an issue. If you don't travel outside much, call corporate customer service and they will take care of it by sending you a check for the cost of the item. Do anything but go to this store - they are simply either not customer focused enough, are led poorly and unempowered, or simply don't understand what "If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back." means.

Generally like there leggings even though you have to try them on because the same legging in the same material doesn't fit exactly the same from one pair to the next. The two star rating here comes from crappy customer service I experienced today at the Monroe avenue store. I was basically told today that don't know how to put on pants....thanks but I am pretty sure I've been doing this for 30 plus years. Apparently, the pants didn't fit me right on because I didn't hikethem suckers up high enough. To the short haired boy ish looking blond in the baseball cap--sorry but camel toe isn't in. Geez ya know what ? I hadn't thought about pulling up on the fabric a bit at the leg to try to adjust them... uh duh !! totally rude and condescending. I'll probably stick to shopping online just to avoid this customer service. Also I don't need to be stalked and harassed while I shop and if I wanted a certain style of legging I would grab it and try it on. I'm pretty sure that's why people go shopping..to look for things they themselves like and want to buy.

I resisted this for a while until I finally bought in to try. As a male, it is weird walking into the store, but the staff there are very friendly and helpful and just want to see you look good in their product instead of trying to up sell you on something. The pants I bought are crazy expensive ($110) but damn are they comfy and very nice quality. They custom tailor the fit and my girlfriend has brought back pants before that ripped and they offered to either send them to a seamstress or exchange them right there, free of charge. On top of that, they foster an interesting community of diverse athletic people who like to move and lead healthy lifestyles and who can complain about that?? The store is fantastic and you should consider the benefits that come with the price tag before dismissing it simply based on the number.

Very friendly service! The best sportswear on the market, and not just for yoga. Their men's selection is relatively smaller than other Lululemon boutiques, but they do have the basics and then some. One great perk is the free yoga classes offered every Sunday morning where you can even try out some of their equipment to see if it's right for you. A nice experience overall.
