There's a wide range of equipment for any workout. They also have a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, sauna, and heavy bags. Employees are friendly, and everybody working out there seems to mind their own business.
I love this gym. I wish that the pool area was cleaner. The hot tub is down ALOT no one never seem to know anything about when it will be back up. The pool area is filthy always and staff know. I guess its under a different contract.
This gym is amazing!! I love it, it has everything you need if your like me and have a family, the day care is very nice there, day care staff are always on point... If your looking for an affordable deal and a phenomenal experience go see the general manager Marty, he is very good at what he does. He is super polite and professional.. He made the transition for me and my family seamless.. All in all i recommend this gym, super clean! Go check them out....
This gym is awesome! Great staff and super clean facility. It has everything you need from weights, classes kids klub (day care), swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, etc. Also great hours! I highly recommend!
Sometimes crowded ,locker rooms are a bit messy towels on floor and bottles at times but its still decent gym

Great place to work out, just wish they had a Nustep and that they were open longer.
Love it just hate when individuals don't clean down machines plus they run out and don't refill. Parking lot can be a mess just dirty
Love the gym, but the Sauna Never is working! Otherwise I would it would have 5 stars
I've been a member of LA Fitness, for four years ago, and by far, it beats any of the other gyms I've attended, either in L.A. or back east. Not only is the staff super friendly, but the other members are awesome too. I always have great conversations between sets, they have so many machines (the floor is huge) that there's very rarely any wait, and just as importantly (as I am slightly OCD) it never feels like a petri dish of disgusting post-workout bacteria, unlike many other gyms I've visited that make me wish I had rubber gloves and a full-body parka. At Hollywood Gold's, members actually USE the complimentary antibacterial spray on the machines when they're done... it's not just for show. What a revelation. Anyhow, enough on that. I couldn't be happier, and highly recommend it!

This place is the nastiest and worst kept gym in Rochester. Garbages constantly over flowing, paper towel machines always empty, dirty bathrooms, and machines take weeks and weeks to get fixed.
Went in to inquire about a membership. I did not get one and it took 2 months to get them to stop calling and texting me
I use to go to planet fitness because of how cheap it was. But I have to say since switching i am much happier and excited to go to the gym. The employees are always there to help you, the sauna is amazing, and it's just a good vibe in there. The extra $5 a month for me is totally worth it.

Equipment is well kept up in working condition overall the bathrooms and locker rooms could use some improvements cleaning crew needs to do their jobs better place is always 1/2 Messi in the bathrooms especially the locker rooms... paper towels in soaps are always empty besides the cleaning crew goes the rest of the staff at the front dest needs to be more respectful towards the people that use the gym.
I love Tessa my trainer she has helped me reclaim my life post trauma! I enjoy going in and working out there with her guidance! I do not like the sales part of LA Fitness! They are very slow or delayed in fixing equipment many times! The place is kept very clean though by a wonderful woman named V!!!
I enjoy working out here. No one bothers you. Everyone is here for the same reason to work out. :) The staff is very friendly and they answer all your questions. The locker rooms are very clean and modern. And the parking lot is open and has excellent lighting at night. It's always nice to feel safe and comfortable.

The gym itself is nice. Juice bar is great. Plenty of equipment to choose from. The employees at the front desk suck though. Very rude and unprofessional. Some of the clientele ruin it also. Lots of arrogant men roaming around. Stay away from this place during the busy hours...you won't have the opportunity to get a good work out in.
Manager refers to sales people as "sharks." Willing to chase people out in the parking lot for a sale. High enrollment fees plus first and last months dues. The simplest package costs about $200 to join.
Great Facility. Then why 3 stars? Service! Front end desk need proper training and must have basic manners. They will check you in while looking at their phones. There were some great people working there. I am not seeing them anymore.

Clean, good location and plenty of equipment. Would recommend replacing some of the equipment as numbers are worn on weights and is hard to track workouts if you can't read the weight.
