I have been coming to Lucille's on and off for 8+years now! There is new equipment and the group classes, etc. are great. I go about 5 times a week and can honestly say it is one of the better gyms in queens.... more
I had bad experience in this gym located in kings highway, people in the desk they have bad attitude especially And they are scam. They make it so easy to register and when you wanna cancel it is so so hard to do that and they keep billing you for no reason and extra fees and charges for no reason.... more

Ralph ave location is one of the WORSE gyms I've been to. I've been a member for 10+ years with hopes it would get better. Wrong!!! The equipment are pre historic, treadmill belts are worn out no ab machines, two kettle bells no matching pair.... more
Please update your schedule online. I called to make sure the gym opens at 7 am on a Thursday.. And when I got there it was closed. The staff showed me a different schedule. Please train your staff properly, and have an accurate information instead of wasting my time.... more
