They signed me up over the phone with a "promotional deal of " $ 20 a month. plus They said that I would pay a one time sign up fee, and an annual fee of $69 that they promised to waive. I repeatedly asked them if I would continuously pay that annual fee and they promised me, I wouldn't. They have been increasing my monthly fee without informing me, and in addition charged me the annual fee they promised to waive. But this gets better, they increased that price as well to $74. This is the biggest joke, I have never had this experience before. I feel cheated and misinformed, Pleases find a honest gym.
A lot of games regarding rates. I belonged to dozens of ladies' gyms since the 80s and this one stands out as a sneaky money grab. No other gym changes rates, charges you to cancel, etc. The course schedule is awkward, yoga is at 8:30 at night, which is pretty inconvenient. There's not a lot of equipment so it's just as easy for me to follow workout tapes using weights and bands at my own home. The billing processes were so annoying that I wouldn't go back - it's like they have a hand in your pocket at every turn. The onsite personnel were nice and the facility was clean, that's why I'm not giving one star.
The young lady at the front desk likes to play around with the cancellation policy, she is very rude, she sends happy face emojis like it is some kind of game when she should be assisting customers with billing issues. (please see other reviews for confirmation), when in seriousness your account is being charged $47, plus an additional $10. Also, they will continue to string you along and make it punitive to cancel your account. There is a 45 day cancellation policy, so you will continue to receive additional bills even when not using the gym/ after you have canceled your account. People take their money seriously and to have to tell a company in 6 different ways that you do not want their services and for your membership to be canceled and they do not have any regard for your request and continue billing you without authorization is absurd. There cancellation policy along with their worker will string you along like it is a game If you ever come across billing issues with them, call your bank immediately.
Amazing clean gym!! I go there all the time . The classes are the best!!
All women's gym with great equipment and good class schedule. Prices are very confusing and there are extra charges for everything! Classes are included though. That's nice! Sat. and sun. Gym is only open till 3! Why? There are only 3 morning classes on those days. Atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Not too noisy!
So I wanted to cancel my membership, and all they said was I will be charged $45, which was fine. But then they charged me an extra $75 the next month for some reason, and didn't tell me upfront. Because it's suppose to be online. Thanks for scamming me.
Horrible customer service! They tell u they only charge $45 for cancellation but ended up taking another $75 MONTHS later for maintenece fee which I was never told about! Such scammers!

Was so motivated to join this place until I was told the daycare it's only for kids 10 and under and I couldn't bring my 11 year old daughter. The lady at the front said I would have to pay a normal MEMBERSHIP for her too. Very discouraging...The girl at the front desk wasn't very nice either..

WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS GYM !!! I wanted to cancel my subsicription because I was moving to another house. they offered me a free freeze for a month which I ended up getting charged for! I wanted to cancel my membership during my freeze month and they said they would have to cancel the freeze and I have to pay for the month in full for it to get canceled. or I have to wait for next month and pay for it then cancel the month after. NOTHING made sence!! Wost customer service ever!. It sounded like they wanted to get as much money out of me as possible before I cancel my membership. Wouldnt recomend this GYM to anyone. there are many other gyms with better customer service.

Pros: Great friendly staff. Willing to help you learn how to use any of the machines. At the same time, no one bothers you by pressuring you to sign up for personal training. I enjoy the classes.
Cons: It's a small gym. Sometimes it gets crowded. Needs to be more 5 pound weights. I wish they could offer more of a variety of classes including cycling and yoga.

I have been an active member at Lucille Roberts for over 3 years now, and it has become so much more than a gym to me. At Lucille Roberts I have developed relationships with employees, who make me want to come to the gym and workout everyday. In addition to the amazing classes and equipment they have, I also have been working out with a personal trainer for over a year now. This has been such a life changing experience that i will eternally be grateful for. I never in my life thought that coming to the gym would be something I actually look forward to or get excited to do. This gym has allowed me to be confident in myself and instilled a work ethic in me that I never had before. The comfort level present at this all-womens gym is also another outstanding aspect of LR. I never walk in here worried about how I look or how ridiculous I might look. Additionally, many of my family members are members here as well. Lucille Roberts has become like a second home to me and I am forever grateful for the positive changes it has made in my life and the lives of those closest to me.
I joined Lucille Roberts for their amazing class schedule. There are so many and I love them all. I also love that classes start at 4:30 on weekdays which really appeal to me. Another great feature is that members are constantly updated on class changes and the schedule is posted up weekly. The instructors are all amazing. The staff at Lucille Roberts are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm really loving everything this gym has to offer and very happy that I joined!
