Great space and good instructors. The downside is on popular times, they cram too many people into one studio. I get that its NYC, but you should have enough space to not touch someone on a fold across your mat.... more
Very dirty place, people are not friendly, big place but nothing special and too expensive. Will not recommend it anyone ,not good for kids.. Very helpful and friendly staff and more than enough space to train and use equipment... more
Great gym with a wide variety of training equipment to use. My only complaint is the locker rooms.. it would be nice if they would provide some toiletries such as shampoo and lotion like they do at crunch and most other gyms of the same caliber.... more

My 8 year old daughter has been training with TS for a little over a year now. I believe this program is extremely valuable for all ages and especially for children. My daughter is learning disciplines such as focus, self control, moral growth and the strengthening of her body.... more

I get that boutique studios are a thing now but at least get the layout right! First off, the guy receptionist was not helpful at all -- it was my first time at the need location and he didn't bother to show me where the changing areas were, explain where storage was, or even mention they don't have a water fountain.... more
This is the best gym class I've been to. Garret is such a good leader, and makes the class fun, and the people who go to the class every week are all really nice!. Thanks for a great class Garrett! I learned a lot about form and pace, the stretching was perfectly timed and I am not tight after class at all.... more

Clean, organized and friendly and helpful staff. Weak spin classes, otherwise a decent no nonsense gym with reasonable pricing. Equipment is not very new but gets the job done. Instructors here are really not very knowledgable though.... more
I've never tried a skincare with gold before. This is just amazing! The skin is soft and glowing after first use. I've got a peeling gel and a facial cream. And i will recommend it to all my friends!.... more
